It seems that you need to go to your work center page and run calculate work center calendar process with starting / ending date set (and starting date previous to 26/01).
I am not sure but look like you have a due date 02/02 regarding your production order, and in order to be able to produce this on time, you needed to start the production process prior to 26/01
Whatever are the dates, the workvcenter needs to gets its calendar calculated to get available capacity established.
