FRx Reporting Engine

Hi,

I have facing this problem when I generate of my FRx reporting which with AA record.

Source: FSAA80

Error 8900: A DirectLink error has occurred while populating transactions.

( I try to run other reports with no AA record, everything OK)

Is anyone know what happen or how to solved it?

 

I update my FRx SP from 6.7.10343 to 6.7.11027 ( error happen after I update SP11)

did register FRxReg and FSAA80.dll, problem still same.

    Try to rebuild GL Index if that didn't work do reinstallation it might fix your issue.

    I did do this step re-installation but problem still same

    try print again and after press generate report leave the mouse and don't press any thing and it will work.

    Hi Maggie... did you find the solution? I have the same problem to you...

    I can generate the report, but if I select only one cost center appear the mesage but generate the report, but if I select 2 or more cost center appear the message twice but FRX does not show me the report in the Drill...

    This is likely related to bug # 390744. This bug states that the error occurs with "Posted and Unposted" for the Provisional level set on the report catalog.

    The bug has been fixed with FRx 6.7 SP12.

    In addition, I'd recommend you confirm you're using SQL Server (not SQL Native Client) with both the ANSI options checked for the ODBC connection (in Company > Information > System Specific Information).
