How do I programmatically download a "Document Template"?

Hello everyone  , ATT,

There is an Entity called "Document Template", 

Is there any way to download a "Document Template" programmatically ?

(I read the official document, but I didn't find any document related to it.)

    If you want to generate the document you can use an undocumented message:

    crmtipoftheday.com/.../generate-documents-in-code
