I am wondering if a person is able to see your Outlook Schedule/Calendar in CRM. Ex. We would be scheduling a techinician for an appointment in CRM, but also need to see the technicians Outlook Calendar to make sure that we are not overlapping appointments.

Hello ,

From CRM if you create an appointment and once it is synchronized it can be viewed in Outlook, and if you are creating an appointment in Outlook you can track it in CRM such that it can be viewed in CRM .
