How to finish a BPF

Hi there,

We have a BFP with three stages, the level 1 cases are closed in the first stage of the proceses, and level 2 cases complete all the stages of the BPF, however, in level one cases the cases are being ¨Resolved¨ by a workflow rule but we don´t seem to be able to ¨Finish¨ de BPF when the case is resolved in the first stage.

Does anyone know how to finish a BPF without moving forward to the other stages?

Example:

I tried to create a workflow under the same BPF in order to get it terminated, but still not working: This is my workflow:

Does it make sense? is it possible to do this?

    Hi,

    there is similar requirement , refer to below link. Basically they were using action to achieve it.
