Cannot edit values for Status Reason field in CRM Online

Hello,

I need to edit Status reason value for Lost Opportunity.

When I click on edit, it pops up only a single value to edit every time. I do not get an option to edit all the values.

Any suggestions for this?

I understand, Close Opportunity is a system form and cannot be customized.

If I want to make the Description field mandatory, I have to make it in the Opportunity form itself correct?

    There is a know issue with chrome where it will not load all the available status values. Try IE/ Edge instead and see if it works.

    Hi Huzefa,

    Do you need to eit the actual status reason values or do you want to change the status reason of the closed opportunity record.

    Coudl you please share any screenshot of what you are trying to achieve please?
