Document Template not working when deployed from one dynamics 365 tenant to another.

The document is generated but the placeholders are not being replaced by the actual values.

Any suggestions are welcome.

    Hi Mohammed Fakhri,

    The Document Templates Mover in the XrmToolBox can deploy your document template if it is a word template. Another option is to create a new document template and copy content from the old document template into it.
