Restart warning while running repair

I'm running a repair on a CRM server to add service accounts. When I get the System Checks I always get the following error.

"Setup has detected a pending computer restart. Skipping the restart might cause errors during Setup."

I've restarted the server multiple time in hopes to resolve this, but no luck. Will this cause any issues when I add services accounts the the server?

You can ignore this warning, it just warns you that there is a pending restart from previous program install. Ignoring this warning will not cause any issue.

If you want to resolve this waring message here is the steps

Click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then click OK.

Locate and then click the following registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager

In the right pane, right-click PendingFileRenameOperations, and then click Delete.

Note If the PendingFileRenameOperations value does not exist, exit Registry Editor, and then use method 2.

Exit Registry Editor. Then, try to install again.
