I'm hoping someone can help, we seen to be having an issue where goals are no longer rolling up (calculating) automatically.
All active goals are in their period and can be recalculated manually fine, however they last calculated on the 28th of this month, despite being set to 24 hours.
I’ve checked the goal rollup settings (system settings) and they are applied correctly, however when checking re-occurring rollup system jobs – there is no re-occurring goal rollup to be found for the goal entity.
Can anyone suggest how to restart the rollup?
