What requires effort when making a migration?

What requires effort when making a migration? I know a few items that require attention when making a migration, but I wanna know if needs anything else.

Plugins -> Workaround Threading.

Plugins -> Workaround External Librarys.

Javascript -> Treat deprecated functions.

Reports -> Convert SQL Reports to FetchXML.

    you also can include the below items as well

    1. Personal report

    - you can migrate personal report , so you have to convert it to organization before migrate.

    - you have set it back to personal and correct owner after migrated.

    2. Personal View

    3. Personal dashboar

    - www.xrmtoolbox.com/.../Colso.Xrm.DashboardTransferTool

    4. Personal Chart

    and more.
