Hello,
This seems really weird to me as i am getting an error when i try to register new plugin assembly in my plugin registration tool. I know its bit silly but its hard for me to debug. The following is the error i got:

Hi,
This is generally related to the target framework and sdk versions. Check this thread-
stackoverflow.com/.../error-registering-plugin-assembly-for-dynamics-365-crm-online
try changing the target framework and see if this works.
