Html email on CRM 2013

I get a lot emails with html format. The problem is that these emails are unconfigure the layout of CRM 2013. I think the problem will be in html and css tags off the email. Does anyone have an idea to get around this problem?

Maybe you should try converting into PLAIN text. like this: blogs.msdn.com/.../converting-html-e-mail-to-plain-text.aspx

Unfortunately the CRM entity doesn't get on with HTML formatting.

You could remove the HTML/css tags from the email text. You can do this on a plugin which fires on create of email (and check direction is incoming).

Thanks for the reply. Remove html tags is a solution but it can generate emails completely eligible. Do you know any plugin that makes the intended?
