We have granted an external business partner the Dynamics 365 Administrator Role. They have requested the Application administrator role too, in order to utilise their Partner BC licenses. I feel that the Application Admin role is giving them too much access as it covers more than just BC and can potentially put our infrastructure at risk. Any suggestions?
