Problem size when I attach a file to a contract

Hi I would like to attach a file wich is 12ko to a contract and a get an error message,

the attach file is to big the limit is 5120ko. But I change the limit to 32000 ko and it's still not working.

Could you confirm that you made the change in the following location as seen below and did you close the browser, clear the cache and then re-open CRM and try again.

Are you finding this error message in the trace logs and have you tried looking at the logs to see if it is anymore specific? Can you post up a screenshot of the properties of the file so we can see the size and can you post a screenshot of the setting above which you have changed?
