Unable to run vendor payments from suggest vendor payments tab

We are currently unable to pull up our bacs payments using the suggest vendor payments tab. It will only bring up the maximum of 4 vendors to pay and is currently not applying the filters . Can someone please advise me?

    there are a few things to check out, including

     

    1/ does other user run suggest vendor payment from other batches

    2/check the filters on the suggest vendor payment to ensure it's populated correctly

    3/try to ask other user to run it if it works on other computer

    4/create a new batch and run it

    Thanks for your response.

    it does not seem to be populating the correct filters that we have set.

    It does the same for every user.

    I will create a new batch and see how that works

    Are there any customizations in your system around this functionality area?

    If so you should check with your developers and have them debug this together with you.

    Hi, I'm also not sure if it's a data issue or a customization issue. Because you are using NAV2016, it is difficult to remove the customization, I suggest you try connecting to the standard Cronus database first. See if you have the same problem.
