Sales Invoice Footer - Need to edit

Hello community, 

Could you please advise how to edit the info at the footer of a sales invoice?  Am new to the organisation and would like to remove my predecessors contact email and replace with my own.

    Hi Nitin,

    Thanks for your message.  

    I am referring to the process on how to edit the general info (contact info etc for sales enquiries) at the bottom of a sales invoice.  This is the generic data that prints on each invoice.  

    Wanting to learn how to edit this from my predecessors details to now my own.

    Hi ColleenMoff ,

    Please visit to the customer card and add Ship to addresses as per below screen and after adding those information there, go back to the Sales Invoice and choose the ship to code filed as per second image, and choose your added ship to address. This is what you are looking for?

    In order to replace your predecessors contact info, you need to edit the specific details on the company Information page. Please refer to the screenshot below:

    Click on "Breaks" in the "Page Setup" group, then choose "Next Page" from the "Section Breaks" menu. For the last page, this will add a section break and start a new section.

    Hi CMoff,
     
    Check the Source code of the field in layout and then check in dataset how this field is populated.
     
    This will redirect you to right area in application where you can change it to update it.

    Hello,
     
    First, check whether you need to modify the data or the field itself.
    If the data needs to be changed, you can update it directly on the page.
    If the field itself needs modification, you’ll have to extend the report and include the field you want to adjust.
