    Hello, I think you are missing some security role permission.

    Please check this: docs.microsoft.com/.../delete-model-driven-app

    Please try with the organization administrator user, if you hare trying with that one, try with another admin user.

    Sign in to Power Apps.
    On the left navigation, select Apps.
    Select the app that you want to delete, and then select Delete on the command bar.
    In the confirmation message that appears, select Delete. The app is deleted from your environment.
