Fixed asset disposal

Hi. I am fairly new in GP and I am having confusion on how to retire a fixed asset if it was sold to a customer? There are discussions about this topic but it doesn't tackle on what will be the entry for the selling of the assets. Basically, i just wanted this fixed asset sale to appear on the customer's account?
