I'm currently struggling with an issue of E-Mails send to a customer with a wrong E-Mail adress.
While we are recieve and send mails across our supportaddress we run into the following issue:
When we are sending E-Mails to our customer with a different mail address we sometimes recieve an undelivery report when the address is not valid. The main problem here is that these reports (I think generated from Exchange) doesn't reach our system and we don't get this important information. But when I access the mailbox with for example OWA then I can see this report there ...
Is there a possibility to lets this reports beiing imported trough the E-Mail Router?
