Web service call CreatePurchaseReceipt - system exception - error generating the XML document

Hi,

   I'm unable to create purchase receipt and getting a system exception log " There was an error generating the XML document." which is pointing to "MIcrosoft.Dynamics.Common.NullCurrencyException". 

Anybody encountered this error before? 

I tried creating SalesInvoice and that one is working fine.
