How do I format reqlogic timehseets default values?

Is anyone using ReQlogic timesheets module?  I am tyring to add a default value in the timesheet header.  The default value is the document date which currently defaults to today and I would like it to be the week ending date.

I have tried %PerTo% and it gives ERROR on the time sheet.
