Ok, I think that solved my problem, I'm going to summarise the question I had in this post:
First of all, the reason why the location was exceeding the quantity limit, was because in the Replenishment section of the WHSLocationProfile form, I had the check ‘Exceed location capacity’ enabled, as can be seen in the screenshot of my previous reply.
On the other hand, regarding what I said about doing a count, it was because I was not filtering correctly, i.e. when I was accessing the available inventory of the item in question, I was doing a count of one of many lines, as can be seen in the screenshot. But this does not belong to the location (items can have location or not, i.e. they are pending to be located) that I was having problems with, so when doing a count, it exceeded the values and had no relation whatsoever. But when filtering by the location I was interested in, I did a count of one of the lines, manually changing the quantity, and when I checked later the quantity of items in this location, it had been changed. So this last problem had been a misunderstanding on my part.
In this screenshot, you can see physical avail, with a qty that exceed the location, but as you can see, there is no location.
Filtering by location, you can see another qty. It doesnt exceed the limit and...
I check in WHSOnHand and the qty is equal, so everything is correct.
Thanks in advance for the help.
Best regards, Jesus.
