Copying attachement to purchase order from sales orders

Hi All,

I am creating a purchase order from 'from a sales order' feature on the All purchase order list page. I am selecting multiple sales orders and all sales order lines have attachments (notes) with them.

When I created PO, notes are not copied from sales order lines to purchase order lines.

What is the solution for it? Am I missing in setup/configuration?

    Hi partner,

    If you are using the Direct Delivery, it is out of box.

    You have to do some customization.

    You can find notes related to this SO in the following relations:

    docuRef.RefTableId = tableNum(SalesTable);

    docuRef.RefRecId = salesTable.RecId;

    docuRef.RefCompanyId.

    Then you can use PurchAutoCreate and PurchCreateFromSalesOrder class to create PO and use DocuRef and DocuActionArchive class to attach the notes to the PO.
