Hi, I this warning message when exporting the solution. The missing parts are custom workflow assemblies, and I believe I have registered through the registration tool, do I need deploy them through VS ? or some other steps I have missed

What you missed is to add those custom workflow actions to solution. To do that you can:
1. Open Solution you plan to export.
2. Click Plug-In Assemblies section of solution.
3. Click Add Existing button, select assembly with your custom workflow activities and click OK.
