Dextirity forms not opening when access through mobile

I have created custom form in dexterity. its opening perfectly on gp application and webclient. when i try to open it through mobile nothing happens. is there any configuration to display custom forms in mobile? System forms are displaying perfectly on mobile there is only issue with custom form.

Any help appreciated.
