Mgmt Reporter row dimension shows X instead of account number

Hello, I have a client using Dynamics GP and when trying to select or add an account number in the row dimension, it only shows an X and doesn't allow us to look up the account number. What could be happening?

    Make sure that your account segments are all named correctly and the exact same in every company.  Tools>>Setup>>Company  Account Format.  and I mean exactly the same (Account not account or accounts) etc.  Also, make sure that the company you are logged into is the company that you are picking when you setup the report.  if the segments are not named in each company and  you are going in between companies you run into this error.
