5My company recently started using D365 and we use the product configurator to assist our sales folks through the maze of options in our product line. I would like to be able to view the complete BOMs of products designed in the configurator. No one at my company seems to know how to do this. If a production work order has been created for a configured product I can view the BOM for the product on the work order - however the BOM displayed is incomplete. I know it's incomplete because it should include 5,000+ parts but only 800 or so are shown. I can't tell whether the configurator is building the BOM incorrectly, or whether I'm just not seeing the full BOM when I try to look it up using the production work order number.
