3 lanes total, error occurs on all 3 lanes (including the db based lane)
Start SO Mgr> Wizards> Task 170: Assign Items Sales Tax> Check Depts to assign tax to> Finish> Error Presents:
"Run-time error '457': This key is already associated with an element of this collection"
Click OK on error - Manager shuts down
Any help/ideas are greatly appreciated.

I have the same question (0)Hi - I was just able to log on to the customer's comp and noted the following duplicate records under both Sales Tax and Item tax. I am not sure how exactly they were able to do this - seeing as the codes on each must be unique - but they did. Example:
Database> Sales Tax had the following two Sales Taxes:
Database> Item Tax had the following two Item Taxes:
Now - because the taxes were never codes to unique Descriptions - I don't know which one, or both were assigned to the Item Tax. Maybe that is where the redundancy kicked in. But - in short - I wanted to post back here for others that run into the same issue. Once I deleted the duplicates, I was able to immediately run the Wizard Task 170 without any issues. Hope this helps if you hit the same snaffu!
