Hi,

im launching the planning sheet, trying to get the purchase planification of three different articles, but i receive all the time the same error "Error calculating ahead. The calendar is not available after 01/10/25 for the work centre". i dont know how i can solve this problem.

You need to set calendars and then calculate work center calendars. To do that you can follow all the steps in this guide (except for the part about registering absences) - Set Up Shop Calendars - Business Central | Microsoft Learn

As per Error , Working Days are not mentioned in that Date .

Hi,

The error means the work center calendar ends on 01/10/25, so the planning engine cannot schedule beyond that date.
Fix:

> Go to Work Center Card > Calendar.
> Extend the Base Calendar or Shop Calendar to include dates beyond 01/10/25.

> Recalculate the Work Center Calendar so the system updates capacity dates.

Recalculate the planning worksheet after updating the calendar.

This is standard behavior. Planning cannot calculate if the capacity calendar stops before the required date.
