where can I download RMS 2.0 and RMS HQ ?

You can find this on Customer Source. When you log in you can go to Downloads and Updates on the left and click on Service Packs and product releases. You can then filter for Store Operations 2.0 and you will see "RMS 2.0 now available for download". You can get both HQ and Store Operations installation downloads from this link.
