Server Error - 404 File Not Found

I am having an issue after migrating an Dynamics CRM online instance to on-premise. 

The only user that can access CRM is the mapped admin all other users receive the following 404 error.

I also tried to enable CRM tracing to help debug the issue, but I am receiving the following error.

Any ideas?

    Hi Patricia Vaughn

    My name is Andres Guzman, I'm glad to help you.

    I think, the cause of the issue is because you only mapped the admin user.

    You need to add manually each user with your domain account an save it.

    The other way to have this solved is re-deploying your CRM Server and mapping all your users.

    Patricia,

    Have you looked in the Event Viewer on the CRM server for security issues? Check event id 1309. I have a script that monitors that particular event id and emails me when a user had security issues. Was thinking that could reveal the issues if it is security related.

    Hi,

    I had the same issue in 2016 version, The workaround I got is "Repair of Microsoft Dynamic CRM"

    1. Go to control panel where the dynamic CRM installed

    2. Select the "Microsoft Dynamic CRM 2016 Server"

    3. Click Change

    4. Choose "Repair" option and proceed
