I need to access the partner source portal in order to add our assigned granule range.to a BC license. I have done this in the past via the PartnerSource Business Center (https://businesscenter.mbs.microsoft.com). But now when I try to access that site, I get the get the following error:

I've tried this from multiple browser (Chrome & Edge), Incognito/InPrivate -- no luck, always end up with the same error.
Two questions:
1) Am I even on the right partner portal to do what I need to do? These things are changing constantly, hard to keep up.
2) If I am on the right portal, any idea (other than starting a Microsoft Support case) to get logged in?
