How to view PO number, invoice number and receipt number on the same screen?

Is there a way in D365 to view the purchase order number, invoice number, and the purchase order receipt numbers on the same screen. We are having to create a report through PowerBI to make all these visible at one time.

    One option is to create a custom form to display these fields in the same place.
