How to automatically remove attachments from email and notes and put on Sharepoint on line

I put the same question on Dynamics 365 General forum and then someone suggested I put here as well.

Hope to get some inputs/suggestions.

I followed the Sharepoint (on line/365) and Dynamics CRM (also on office 365) integration steps and while it does work for removing 'Documents' from CRM TO Sharepoint (creating link in CRM) BUT I do not know how I can detach 'attachments' from email or Notes and put on Sharepoint on line, automatically. Though there might be some 3rd party paid tools, but is there any way we can do it without having to buy a 3rd party tool?

Thanks

    Hi

There are third party tools to do that but why not create your own using flow, its not that hard to be honest and you do not have to pay for it as Flow comes with loads of free execution.

You can create a Flow that triggers whenever a note is created in CRM.  Your flow first need to check if the note has an attachment, if it does, it can then get the document location of the Parent record in CRM and then upload that attachment to specific record folder in Sharepoint.

Please have a look at the link below

Will do. I am in VA now and then will go to CT where I have to migrate the instance from sandbox to Production (and decommissioning their on premise servers etc.) and will try  'flow'  there and let you know if need help. Thanks for the offer.
