New Search Experience Dropping Down & Taking Focus

Something that my users have been noticing is that when they are creating records, the new search bar occasionally drop downs immediately on loading into the new record.

Has anyone else experienced this particular issue?

Is there a simple fix aside from simply deactivating the new search experience?

    Could you provide a screenshot?

    Which browser does this problem occur in? If the user change the browser, will this problem still occur?
