9500 record configuration package import into the general journal line table (81) is taking over an hour to apply.

We ran the same package/file in a different test company and it processes in the expected 5 minutes.

No change log activated.

Same SUPER user account used.

Same environment (just different test company).

Any thoughts on why the extreme difference?
