Country assigned to multi Online Stores

Hi all, i'm new about commerce and i'm stucked into the set up of Online Store HQ side - Front End Site Sb side.

My business requirements is: "An (example) italian customer want to buy for both EUR and USD currency."

As i undestand it, an online store can have only 1 currency. Based on this assumption, I expect to have to create two different online stores, one with EUR currency and the other with USD.
At this point I also expect to associate the IT country with both online stores.
I also want the language it for both online stores.

Now, once the data has been transfered on Site Builder, i add my two online stores to my site.
In url path section i'm forced to define two different path,  for e.g.
- host/OS1/it
- host/OS2/it

My question is:
How the geolocation feature redirect the italian customer to the right site if for both online store i've added the country IT ?

What you are looking at is support for multiple currencies in the online store, which is currently not supported. Since the country setup will be same for both the stores, geo detection and redirection may not be required. Can you take a look at Site picker module, which allow the user to select a site that they require. You can use the currencies as site names instead of country.

Hi Shafeeque, thank you for the hint, i'll check it.

So this proposal allow me to set up the same country on different OS related to different legal entity ?

I haven't practically tested it. But it should work therotically.

On your question related to setting up store in different legal entity. It should also work. However, sometimes localizations (tax calculation etc) is dependent on the legal entity country or locale on the functionality profile.

It seem working for my case, I'll update the post once more extensive testing is done.

    Just a note
For point 7 and 8 of documentation i didn't found my url (probabiliy i'm missing something), but as workaround i selected the option "External link".

    Thank you so much
