WMS item's Fixed location put away

Hi Everyone,

Please advise how to configure WMS setups for the purchase put away for the set of items which must go to their fixed locations (This is the first requirement) and rest of the items can be configured to go either the empty locations or Bulk (This is the second requirement) in another set of locations/Aisle. I know how to configure the second requirement but do not know how to handle first one and specially how to club both the requirements together? Please advise.

Hello Sakina,

In additional to the below answers. My advice is to configure one location directive with Work order type "Purchase orders" and work type "Put" with two location directive actions:

The first location directive active for the put away to fixed locations

The second location directive action for the put away to empty or bulk locations

Hi,

You will need to setup a location directive for work order type "Purchase Orders" for the site/ warehouse.

In the scope, whether its single item or multiple items. Indicate if the fixed locations is for "product" or "product variant"

Below is the example for single item.

Set up the fixed locations for the product or variant.

Check the setup in release product details, under the Warehouse tab.
