How do we track the security roles changes for a user.

How do we track the security roles changes for a user in CRM Online 2016. If a user's security role is changed from 'ABC ' to 'XYZ' how/where do we check that in audit histtory.

    Hi, I had the same problem.

    There is no OOTB way to do it (AFAIK). You could do custom auditing here. You could use associate/dissociate message and check for the association/dissociation between systemuser and role entity and log the details in some custom entity.

    Check in audit history, audit entry will be shown like "Associate Entities", when you open audit history record, you will find which role assigned.

    In "Dissociate Entities" will have role removed.

    As User and Role has N:N relationship, audit will be shown under Associate entities.
