Hello Everyone,

I'm currently working on a project and the client asked me if I could hide the dropdown meny with system dashboards. I just want people accessing the dashboards through pages I create in the site map.

    Hi Anton,

I'm afraid it is not available for now to hide the system dashboard dropdown list in model driven apps.

If we add dashboard URL through page in the sit map, we will see errors when we click the page in model driven apps. Please refer to this link: Dashboard URL - Microsoft Dynamics CRM Forum Community Forum

If we add dashboard through page in the sit map, we will still see all system dashboards that we add trough page in the dropdown list.

    Hello Anton Vojkovic

You can remove the unnecessary dashboards and show required dashboards from the corresponding model driven app.

Create/open a solution --> Add existing component --> Add the required model driven app --> Edit the app --> Unselect the dashboards which are not required to show in the app --> Save & publish --> Reload the app & test.
