User Date prompt

We have a GP client that uses a specific workstation as the host system for a scanning application.  The workstation remains on and logged in to GP at all times.  They are on version 10.0 SP4.  In prior versions we were able to add a line to the Dex.ini file to suppress the user date change message at 12:00 a.m. but it is not working now and consequently they have to respond to the message each morning.  Does anyone have a way to bypass the prompt?

 Thanks, Debi
