Using Quick Campaign the activity forms differ when creating from a Marketing List vs. AF

In Dynamics 365 CE w/Unified Interface, Has anyone noticed that when creating a Quick Campaign from within a Marketing List the form is a basic static form.  Yet, when creating a Quick Campaign from Advanced Find for the same activity it uses the main form for that activity?  Just wondering which direction Microsoft is going with this and if it is intentional so I can explain to our customers why the look is different when originating a Quick Campaign from different places.

Thanks,

John.

    Hi partner,

Quick campaign is different with Activity. Popular understanding, activity could be a tool of Quick campaign but they are not the same. Quick campaign is only belong to Marketing list while activity is belong to the whole Dynamics 365, they could also be used in accounts, cases, opportunities...

For exmaple, we created a Quick campaign phone call in marketing list, but we could not find if in activity entity list.

We could only see this Quick campaign in Marketing->Quick campaigns, and as you can see in the doc, the only way to create Quick campaign is in Marketing list form.

We use Activity to send our Quick campaigns to our accounts and create more opportunities.

    Hope it helps.

    Best Regards,

    Leo
