I have business central 20.0 is installed with multiple servers, I want to install the older version like 18, and 19 with different port numbers, and after installing and starting the services I'm facing this error.

If you don't get further responses to this issue, you may want to raise a support request to Microsoft support via your CSP / Partner.

Have you looked at the event log in windows on your server. You will probably get more detailed debug information there.

Hi,

If you have already changed the port while installing other version there should not be any problem.

As inge said please go through the event viewer
