Which product I need if we have to work within Portal Management? Please help. Thanks.

I would like to recruit a person who could work on Portal Management in Dynamic 365. What should I look for in the resume - is it Dynamic 365 CRM or something else? Please advice. Thanks again.
When you deploy a Dynamics 365 Portal in your environment, the Portal Management will appear in the app list.
