Hello,

I created a workflow that sends an email to the primary contact of an account in NJ or OH if the license expires 90 days from today

the email looks like this...

I changed the state license - license expiration to 9/28/2015

I am able to Run the workflow but I don't know why the emails are not sent or what's the best way to troubleshoot it, any ideas are appreciated, thanks!

I was able to trigger the email notification without the date condition, so my problem is calculating the 90 days before license expiration.

    The issue was...

In Settings-System Jobs, I saw the background process running then displayed Status Reason: Succeeded and disappeared.  Where I could check the email that was suppose to be sent?

    dear JP Andino

why you don't use the workflow (process) timeout condition to send email after the timeout of your needed date.

    see this example:

hi when add wait condition step to workflow , then click on condition select your date from the list of fields then create operator equal then select 3 months after your date.
