Hi
D365 Finance licensing guide mentions:
When a customer purchases Asset Management it works ‘out of the box’ for Supply Chain Management for up to 100 assets. Note, after 50 Asset Management licenses have been purchased (5K assets), customers may manage unlimited assets with no additional purchase.
Parent level assets are the only assets that need to be licensed
Can anyone explain what is a parent asset?
Currently we have:
Location: Buildings->floors->rooms
Asset: BUA -> FLA -> RMA
Asset2: BUA->FLA->RMA2
Asset3: BUA->FLA2->RMA3
RMA and RMA2 has same parent asset. So does that mean i have 2 parent asset?
FLA2 and FLA are considered as 2 parent assets?
