CRM 2011 RU 18 Update Org Fails

Hi,

I am going from RU11 to RU 18 and my MSCRM db updates successfully. I only have one organization and it fails stating a duplicate key in ''dbo.RolePrivilegesBase':  

Error| Update Organization with Id=bc86d68c-5537-df11-84b2-0050569671af failed with Exception:
System.Exception: Action Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Admin.InstallDatabaseUpdatesAction failed. ---> System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. ---> System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: The CREATE UNIQUE INDEX statement terminated because a duplicate key was found for the object name 'dbo.RolePrivilegesBase' and the index name 'UQ_RolePrivileges'. The duplicate key value is (27763a04-b6d8-45f4-a818-620c8bdef61b, b140e729-dfeb-4ba1-a33f-39ff830bac90, fd140aae-4df4-11dd-bd17-0019b9312238).
Could not create constraint.

What would be a next step for troubleshooting?

    Hi,

    I am not able to select 'Ignore Duplicate Values' on the index as it returns 'cannot use ignore index values as it enforces a primary or unique constraint'. I also tried removing the organization and importing thru Deployment Manager and receive the same error on the duplicate index.

    Hi Ryan,

    There were some major changes in the UR 12 for CRM 2011, and it is always recommended from Microsoft to carry out the upgrading process like UR 12 -> UR 15 and then UR 18...

    Please carry out this method of upgrading your CRM 2011 org, and see if the issue is still there.
