Hello,
Why I getting this error? This Bin Content is empty:
If the items were not created in a bin, I believe BC does not let you change them to an existing bin. You have to adjust the inventory out of the bin down to zero, then adjust it upwards and assigning it in the bin.
It is as what the error message suggested. You need to empty the AJUSTE bin first before you can change the adjustment bin. The reason is because there are lots of validation happening inside the adjustment bin. If you force the change, you will have an item stuck in that bin.
I handle with a similar issue right now. I want to set Bin Mandatory to true and I have no open ledger entries on that location, checked all of them - is there any function to display open entries?

Please check the Warehouse Entries Archive and filter to see what is in the Adjustment Bin that you have assigned to Adjustments.
Hope this helps. Make sure you also run the Item Journal, Calculate Warehouse Adjustments to pull and process adjustments into the Item Ledgers and G/L.
