Unable to Import User Field

Greetings all,

I am trying to perform a simple upload of sales contacts into Dynamic CRM. In the .csv file I have included a column called "USER" which identifies the saleperson the contact should be assigned to after the import. In my data map I map the USER field to the "Owner" field.

Naturally, when I import the file, all the contact records are "owned" by me (the importer). I'm sure I'm making a simple mistake, but I cannot find a reference to this problem anywhere.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
