Good Day. Thank you for your interest.
We have a business requirement where we want to call Buttons from the Ribbon Bar in our Business Process Flows. For example the Lead entity has Button's such as 'Qualify' 'Disqualify' etc...I want to be able to add those to the Business Process Flow if possible. The same concept can apply to other entitles. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
It is not possible to call ribbon from BPF instead you can make use of Power automate button to trigger your business logic.

You can also trigger custom action/workflow from BPF stage.

Unfortunately, you can't call button from BPF.
